She was born in Portsmouth, Ohio where she grew up and graduated from Portsmouth High School in 1965. After graduation she moved to Columbus to be closer to her sister so they could raise their families together, and she remained in the Columbus area. She retired from the State of Ohio Department of Taxation after 30 years of service; where she gained many life-long friends.
Beth was preceded in death by her father, Martin A. Noel, Sr., Mother, Dorothy Mae Semones, and oldest brother, Martin A. Noel, Jr. (Chuck). Beth will be remembered as selfless, her life revolved around her children, nieces and nephews, friends and later her granddaughter, Josie, grandnieces and nephews. Beth loved music and dancing; she was always singing a ditty or a favorite song; and would dance round just to get a giggle from the kids. Her family meant everything to her. She will be remembered as fun. Beth was strong in her Catholic faith. She loved The Ohio State Buckeyes, the Cleveland Browns and the Cincinnati Reds.
