Roy Casey, Sr.

Roy W. Casey, Sr., age 82, passed away Dec. 16, 2019. Born May 27, 1937 in West Virginia to parents Thomas Casey and Sophia Long. Preceded in death by son William Casey; daughter Brenda Casey; grandsons Dustin and Nicholas Casey; siblings Walter, Luke, Raymond, Inez, Jenny, Tom, John, and Willard and former wife Daisy.

Survived by children Tammy (Duane) Cupp, Roy (Candy) Casey and James Casey. Long-time companion Faye Stimmel. Grandchildren Misty, Kyle, Aaron, Courtnie, Dani, great-grandchildren, and great great-grandchildren. Brother Lee Casey. Many nieces and nephews. Long-time employee of Betzer Cemetery. Avid camper. Lover of bluegrass music.

Best friends Clarence and Pat Thomas.

Visitation will be held Thursday, December 19, 2019 from 1:00 -2:00 pm. at the Shaw-Davis Funeral Homes, Short North Chapel, 34 W 2nd Ave, Columbus, Ohio 43201. Where his funeral service will follow at 2:00 pm. Pastor Bob Burnett officiating.
