Bradley James Smith,

Born September 12, 1949 to the late Joseph Smith and Nettie Heider in Gahanna Ohio. He enlisted in the Army in 1966 where he served his country and after also joined the National Guard. He trained as a mechanic and that was his profession for many years. Later he became a truck driver until he retired in 2015. Brad enjoyed restoring classic cars, was an avid Nascar fan, and could fix or repair anything he got his hands on. 

Preceded in death by brothers Michael and Ronald Smith. 

Survived by loving wife, JoAnn (Moxley) Smith, to whom he was married for 40 years. A Loving husband, father, grandfather and great grandfather. Survived by children, Bonnie (Kerry) Rhodes, Angela Ott, and Susan Smith all of Opelika Alabama. Katie Smith of Ontario Canada. Survived by brother, Jerry (Sandy) Smith of Columbus, Ohio and twin sister Beverly Burke of Marana, Arizona. He was also blessed with 8 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren, many nieces, nephews, cousins, in-laws and friends who he all loved. 

Will have a celebration of Brad's life to be determined at a later date.
