Breya Erica Hammonds, born September 18, 2008, at OSU Hospital - passed on January 12, 2016. She is preceded in death by mother Erveena Broomfield Hammonds, sisters Anaesia and Arrianna Green; grandmothers Pamela Taylor and Inez Hammonds. She leaves her father Bruce Hammonds; brother Anius green and grandfathers Ernest Broomfield and Steve Hammonds. She attended Salem Elementary School. Also survived by loving aunts, uncles, cousins and friends; godmother Natasha Hubbard-Taylor. Visitation will be held Thursday, Jan 21, 2016 from 11:00 am - Noon at the Vineyard Columbus, 6000 Cooper Rd, Westerville, OH 43081. Where funeral service will follow at Noon. Interment Evergreen Cemetery. Pastor Rich Nathan officiating.
