Chadwick Foster

On March 15th, 2021, Chadwick Elliott Foster, lost his battle with Liver Failure. He passed away peacefully with his parents, sister, niece and nephew by his side. He was 45 years old.

Chad was born on April 2nd, 1975, at Riverside Methodist Hospital. He was raised in Westerville, Ohio and attended Westerville South high school.

Chad is survived by his parents Steve and Bev Foster, his sister Wendy (Dan) Kellett, niece Brittni (James) Woodgeard and his nephew Jerry ( Kaitlin Baker) Kellett.

He is also survived by three great- nephews James, Weslee and Hunter and one great-niece, Sarah Sue.

A church service will be held on May 1st at Genoa Baptist Church

7562 Lewis Center Rd. Westerville, ohio, 43082. The service will begin at 11:00am. Pastor Wayne Booth officiating.

The family will also be having a Celebration of Chad's life at 1pm on June 5th, 2021. It will be held at 6593 Kitzmiller rd New Albany, Ohio 43054.
