Christina Browne

Christina Anne Browne, 55, passed away January 11, 2022. She was born April 9, 1966 in Walnut Creek, California and grew up in Columbus, Ohio and Southampton, England. She was the daughter of Ralph & Rhoda Steinman.

Christy attended college in England and earned the equivalent of a degree in Early Childhood Education. She then nannied for families in the UK before moving to Ohio where she taught Pre-K classes at Head Start and Noah’s Ark Creative Care.

She was preceded in death by her mother and father, Ralph & Rhoda Steinman.

Christy is survived by her son, Craig Browne (Columbus, OH); her brother, John Steinman (Southampton, UK); as well as her other extended family members in Southampton, England.

Christy loved spending time with her family and friends, and teaching her students. She also loved her church, volunteering her time, watching soccer, and taking regular family vacations to the beach, Disney World, and Universal Studios Resorts.

She was a generous and caring soul who always put others first; providing aid and housing to many people throughout her years.

Christy was a beautiful presence in many people’s lives and she will be deeply missed.
