David Bruce Phillips “Little Dave”, was called home on Sept 4, 2015. He is preceded by parents Bruce and Betty Phillips; sisters Brenda and Mary; and brother Robert. Survived by sisters Linda, Barbara, Ollie, and Mattie; special friend Kathy; host of nieces, nephews, and special friends. Loved by all, will be sadly missed, and in our hearts always.
