Delois Johnson

Delois M. Johnson was born on May 30, 1942, in Acmar, Alabama, to James and Edna Bellard. She entered eternal rest Wednesday, February 10, 2021. Delois passed peacefully at Mt. Carmel St Ann's Hospital of Columbus, OH.

Delois graduated from Memorial High School of Campbell, Ohio in 1960. She married Leonard J. Johnson, June 30, 1962. Lenny joined the Navy and retired as a Senior Chief Petty Officer, proudly serving his country from 1958 to 1978. Delois truly enjoyed traveling to different countries, all over the world. Japan was his favorite.

Delois is survived by her son, Leonard G. Johnson, Jr., her brother, Alvin (Gloria) Bellard, sister-in-law, Roberta Bellard and Bernadette Queener, brother-in-law, Nathan Queener and, many nieces, nephews, cousins and, friends.

Delois was proceeded in death by her parents James and Edna Bellard; siblings Oliva Bellard, Charles Bellard, Maxine Wilson, James D. Bellard, Jr., Jewel Julious and, Gwen Bell.
