Dena Elaine Hatfield

Dena Elaine Hatfield died Saturday, October 3, 2026 at 11:35 am at Grant Hospital. She was a loving mom, grandma, sister, and daughter. She really enjoyed spending time with her family, especially her seven grandbabies. She enjoyed reading and watching her favorite movies on her downtime. Dena fought really hard with health issues this last year and ended up succumbing to those health issues.

She was proceeded in death by her mom, Patrica Hatfield, her dad Melvin Hatfield, her grandson Ezekiel Johnson, and her brother in law Bob Whaley.

She was survived by her 3 sons, Mark Johnson and his fiancé Meagan Huffer, DJ Jones and his fiancé Nikki Bernard, and Patrick Jones and his fiancé Brittany Dillion. Seven grandkids, Natalie, Larry, James, Noel, Kyezer, Brantley, and Noah. Her siblings, Denise Whaley, Cindy Bender, and Norman Hatfield. And several Nieces and Nephews.

Dena will be greatly missed by many. We will be having a celebration of life at a later date and will let everyone know the details.
