After a long battle with stage four lung cancer, Diane passed away peacefully in the comfort of her daughter's home, surrounded by all her children, eldest grandson, chaplain, and nurse.

Diane was born on July 28, 1950, at Riverside Hospital in Columbus, Ohio. She was the second oldest of four siblings.

She graduated from Bishop Watterson High School, advancing on to The Ohio State University. After college, she moved to Aylesbury, England, where she married her first husband, Arthur Mason, and had two daughters.

After her divorce, she moved back to the United States and married her second husband, Joseph Kelch, and had a son.

Over her 28 years with OhioHealth, Diane made many friends and countless memories. When she wasn't at work, Diane loved to spend time with family and friends. She often looked forward to the yearly family vacation to the Outer Banks, a tradition in which she had started. Waking at sunrise to collect shells was one of her favorite pastimes, and Nags Head has remained a special place in her heart ever since.

Preceded by: Parents Frank and Beryl McNulty, and husband Joseph Kelch

Funeral services will be held in her honor on January 21, 2020 at the Shaw-Davis Funeral Homes, Clintonville Chapel. The family will receive guests from 6-7 pm, with the service beginning at 7 pm.
