Donald Lee Cook, 74, of Groveport, died Friday, September 4, 2015 at his home peacefully in his sleep with his wife and family at his side.  He was born August 9, 1941 to the late Edward and Lilian Cook.  He is preceded by his sister Patricia (Donald) Burrell.  He is survived by his lovely wife of 55 years, Rachel; Donna and her husband Dan Davis; Susan and her husband Mark Thompson; Sandy and her husband David Derrow; his precious grandchildren; Randy, Ashley (Aaron), Samantha, Nathan (Natalie), Olivia, William; and his great grandchildren Trevor, Kaylee and Sawyer; his brother Jim (Darlene) Cook and two sisters Janice (Cliff) Clark and Sandy (Sonny) Snyder and several nieces and nephews.  Donald will be truly missed by all that knew and loved him including his Florida family.  A memorial service will begin at 12 PM September 9, 2015 at the Shaw-Davis Funeral Home in Victorian Village.  In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Mt. Carmel-Hospice Foundation in memory of Donald L. Cook.
