Douglas W Lindsey

Douglas Wills Lindsey, age 79 of Columbus Ohio, went to his heavenly home on October 16, 2023.  He was born in 1944 to Robert F. Lindsey and Gail Wills Lindsey who preceded him in death and is survived by his sister, Suzanne Lindsey.  His wife, Lou Ella (formerly Casey) who preceded him in death, had many children and grandchildren who loved him.

Douglas graduated from Northmont High School in Clayton Ohio.  He served in the United States Army in Korea and in Vietnam during war time.  His interment will be at the Dayton National Cemetery.  Douglas was a dedicated heating and plumbing technician for Metro Comfort Systems for 25 years prior to diagnosis of cancer due to agent orange exposure in Vietnam.

He was an avid Christian and historian as well as enjoyed the company of his dogs.
