Douglas Alan Mann, born Wheeling West Virginia, at age 55 passed away December 30, 2015 at OSU hospital. He is survived by three children; Nathan, Bethany, and Nick, and also two siblings; Linda, and Rick. Services will be held Monday Jan. 4th, 5-7p.m. at Shaw-Davis 4341 N. High St. www.shaw-davis.com
