Eileen Frisby

Eileen Frisby, aged 94, passed away January 21, 2021 in Columbus, Ohio.  Eileen is survived by her children Terry (Paula), Craig (Karen), Dale (Diane), Denny (Steve) and Becky Frisby as well as five grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.

Eileen married Richard Frisby in 1949.  She was vivacious her entire life as a mother, at work, as a volunteer, a bowler and a golfer.

Eileen was a Christian who served as a teacher at Beechwold Christian church, gave leadership to the vacation Bible school, and worked in the ministry for those with special needs.

She was with the State of Ohio where she worked in the House of Representatives, the Department of Transportation and retired as the Executive Assistant for the Commissioner of Mental Health.

She served as an active member of TWIG, who raised money for Children’s Hospital and volunteered for 40 consecutive years at the Memorial Golf Tournament.

A special thanks goes to Hilliard Assisted Living and Memory Care and those friends who visited her in the past few years.

Eileen brought joy to everyone who knew her and will be greatly missed by her family and her many friends.
