Gene Steven Graham

Gene Steven Graham, age 75, of Westerville, passed away on October 15, 2026.

Gene was born in Columbus, Ohio to Lloyd and Isabelle Graham. He is survived by wife Cynthia Teachnor Graham, children, Heather Orr Arsenault and Nicholas Teachnor Graham (Katie), grandchildren, Nicole Arsenault, Daniel Arsenault, Carson Graham and Tatum Graham. Survived by sisters Kathi Brewer (John), Carol Donnell (Dana) and Mary Ann Malek, as well as many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by parents Lloyd and Isabelle Graham, and infant brother Steven.

One of the greatest joys of Gene’s life was his family, and especially his grandchildren after his children were grown. He loved watching them mature and would always comment “they are all such good kids.”

Gene attended Miami of Ohio and Ohio State as an undergraduate, and completed his professional degree on April 30, 1977, from the Ohio College of Podiatric Medicine in Cleveland, Ohio. Gene went on to practice as a podiatric foot and ankle surgeon.

Throughout his career, he was known for his love of sports medicine. His patients were especially important to him, and he cared deeply about the relationships he built during his 29 years of private practice.

Gene loved his church family at Genoa Church, and valued the relationships that he had with the pastors who loved and served him so well.

Those who knew Gene will remember him for his sense of humor, kindness, and generosity.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Genoa Christian Academy in Gene's honor.

A Celebration of Life will be held on November 6, 2026, at Genoa Church, 7562 Lewis Center Rd., Westerville, Ohio 43082. Visitation is at 10:00 am, followed by the Celebration of Life at 11:00 am. Pastor Frank Carl and Pastor Wayne Booth will officiate.
