Bill (George) W Gates

Bill (George) W Gates, age 70, passed away peacefully at home on June 29, 2024. He was born in Columbus, OH to George Gates and Joy (Newman) Gates on July 12, 1953.

Bill is survived by his wife, Victoria (Vicky) Gates; Son, Jim (Angie); Three Granddaughters, Olivia, Lillian, Araceli; One Brother, Rick (Diane); Three Sisters, Rhonda Poling, Saundra Vail, and Cheryl Walker. 

He enjoyed looking at wildlife and his beautiful garden. He loved woodworking, gardening, going to classic car shows, and his classic truck. He loved his faith and his church. He also loved cheering on The Ohio State Buckeyes and The Cincinnati Reds. He cherished every moment with his Son, Daughter-in-Law and Granddaughters. His special bond with his brother was one that meant so much to him.
