Glenn F. Harvey Jr.

April 27, 1943 — July 12, 2025

Glenn F. Harvey, age 82, of Westerville, Ohio, passed away peacefully at home on July 12, 2025, in the loving care of his wife, Audrey Faye Harvey.

Born on April 27, 1943, in McKeesport, Pennsylvania, Glenn was the son of Glenn F. (Red) Harvey and Dixie (Hayes) Harvey. He spent the majority of his life in Pennsylvania and relocated to Ohio with his wife ten years ago to enjoy retirement together.

Glenn was married for 44 wonderful years to his devoted wife, Audrey Faye (Tortorice) Harvey. He was a loving father to four children: Father Brent Maximus Urbanowicz, Beth Ann (Urbanovich) Camp, Glenn Mason Harvey, and Rachel (Harvey) Bekavac. He was a cherished brother to his sister, Becky (Harvey) Weber, and a proud grandfather to twelve grandchildren and great-grandfather to three great-grandchildren.

The greatest love of Glenn’s life was his wife, Audrey. He loved long-distance cycling, snow skiing, traveling, completing jigsaw puzzles, and most especially, spending time with his children and grandchildren.

A devoted Christian and servant of the Lord, Glenn was a long-time member of Genoa Baptist Church in Westerville, Ohio. Throughout his life, Glenn served as a church leader, Sunday school teacher, deacon, and Bible study teacher. His deep and abiding faith in God shaped his character and inspired everyone around him. He also enjoyed staying informed on current events, news, and politics, and engaged thoughtfully with the community around him.

Glenn worked for 30 years at Vista Metals in Elizabeth Township, Pennsylvania, as a machinist and shipping supervisor. He was deeply respected by his colleagues for his work ethic, leadership, and unwavering dedication.

Glenn is survived by his wife, Audrey; his four children; his sister, Becky; his grandchildren and great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, Glenn and Dixie Harvey.
