Guido A. Monacelli

Guido A. Monacelli, 93, of Columbus, Ohio, passed away peacefully on April 30, 2025 surrounded by loved ones.

A devoted husband to the late Anita J. Monacelli, Guido was a loving father to Michele (David) Palo, Glenn (Lisa) Monacelli, Karen (Paul) Muccigrosso, and Edward (Melanie) Monacelli. He was a proud Navy veteran and a man of deep faith, known for his steadfast character and quiet strength.

Guido was a cherished grandfather to Andrew Palo, Anna Palo, Bradley (Genevieve) Monacelli, Morganne Monacelli, Andrea (David) Keller, Alicia (Christopher) Muccigrosso-Löfgren, Brian (Erin) Monacelli and Eric Monacelli. He was also blessed with nine great-grandchildren, along with many beloved nieces and nephews.

He loved nothing more than spending time with his family, finding joy in both the everyday moments and the special gatherings that brought everyone together. His legacy of devotion, integrity, and love will continue to live on in the hearts of all who knew him.

A celebration of Guido’s life will be held this summer. Details will be shared with family and friends at a later date.
