Jackie C. Bowman (Jerig)

Jackie C. Bowman, 71, of Dublin, Ohio, passed away peacefully on April 9, 2025. Born on January 26, 1954, in Zanesville, Ohio, she was the daughter of John H. Jerig Sr. and the late Leona Glass.

Jackie was a devoted mother, a loving grandmother, and a woman who found joy in life’s quiet moments—especially those spent with her grandchildren. She had a kind and creative soul, often crocheting beautiful pieces for those she loved. Her warm presence, gentle heart, and deep care for her family will be missed beyond words.

She is survived by her son, Devin Bowman and his wife Amy, and their children Hazel, Donovan, and Griffin; her daughters, Rachel Bowman, and Michelle Bowman with her life partner Terence Shaver. She also leaves behind her father, John H. Jerig Sr., and a host of beloved siblings, both surviving and departed.

A memorial and celebration of life will be held on June 1, 2025, from 3 to 5 p.m. at Five14 Church, 5744 N Hamilton Rd, Columbus, OH 43230. All who knew and loved Jackie are welcome to join in honoring her memory.
