With great sadness James (Jim) Andrew Brickweg 73, passed away surrounded by his loving family in Columbus, Ohio.

Beloved husband and survived by his wife of 50 years Paula Brickweg, daughters Beth Brickweg, Caroline (Chris) Reuter, and Megan (David) Filipski.  His amazing grandchildren Carter, Anna, Ella and Nolan.  His brothers Tom Brickweg, Don (Lois) Brickweg, David (Joni) Brickweg, and John Brickweg.  The Klee family, and so many wonderful cousins, nieces, nephews, and extended family.  He is preceded in death by his parents James and Dorothy Brickweg and his sister Kathy Frazier.

He grew up in Cincinnati, Ohio and is a proud graduate of Moeller High School and University of Dayton.  Jim had a long and fruitful career as a tax accountant and loved working with his wonderful clients.

He was a huge fan of the Columbus Crew and the Dayton Flyers.  He was the biggest cheerleader and supporter to anyone who needed encouragement, advice and or guidance and we will miss his leadership and constant love and support.

We were extremely Blessed to have him as our Husband, Father, Pops, and Friend.
