With profound sadness, we announce the passing of Jay Dee (JD) Harris, born January 8, 1964, passed April 4, 2026 at the age of 64. He was a member of FOE 683 in Circleville, Ohio. (Predeceased parents - Richard (Dick Harris), Mary Phipps - Danny Phipps, Brothers - Marvin Les Rick, Sister - Tracy Phipps.
Jay is survived by Son - Ryan Harris (Theresa Harris), Girlfriend - Debbie Boltonhouse, Jimmy + Ginger Boltonhouse, several grandchildren, aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.
