Kelly Diane Mays, 41, of Westerville, Ohio, passed away at her home on October 16, 2016.
She was survived by her two children, Cassandra and Jordan; and her parents Larry and Diane.
A Memorial Service to celebrate her life will be held on Friday October 21, 2016 from 4:00 - 6:00pm at the
SHAW-DAVIS FUNERAL HOME, 34 West 2nd Avenue, Columbus, Ohio 43201.
