Beloved Father, Husband, Grandfather, Uncle, Brother, and Friend.
Kevin was preceded in death by his parents Luther and Eldean Cooper; brother Rocky Cooper, sisters: Vonna Tippie, Donna Pyles, Cindy Filio and Janet Hicks.
He is survived by his brother Luther Cooper; sister Paula McDanial (Cooper); wife Ellen Armentrout (Cooper) and his 5 children: Charles (Chuck) & Brittany, Scott & (Beth), Kevin & (Nikki), Tiffany & Alex, and Amanda & Dennis; 16 grandchildren, many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
