Kimberly "Kim" Ann Mollette, 55, of Columbus, Ohio, passed away peacefully on August 2, 2026.
Born on February 4, 1971, Kim was a devoted mother, grandmother, partner, sister, and friend. Her greatest joy in life was spending time with the people she loved. Whether celebrating holidays with family, gathering with friends, or simply enjoying life's everyday moments, Kim treasured the relationships she built throughout her life.
Kim will be remembered for her unwavering honesty, stubborn determination, and charismatic personality. She spoke her mind, stood firmly by her beliefs, and had a presence that left a lasting impression on everyone she met. Above all else, she was most proud of her children. Her love for them was unconditional, and her greatest accomplishments were the family she helped create.
Kim is lovingly survived by her significant other, Leroy "Pat" Holcomb; her children, Charlee Blankenship; Charles "Pug" (Tristann) Blankenship III; James Samples; Danny Gillman; and Brianna Fraizer.
She was the proud grandmother of Katelynn Mize, Kenzie Mize, Karlee Mize, Keegan Mirando, Lanaya Blankenship, Charles Blankenship IV, Parker Blankenship, Payton Blankenship, Maddox Samples, Brayden Samples, Kinsley Samples, and Raleigh Gillman.
She is also survived by her brothers, Charles "Bub" (Talina) Mollette, Jesse "JC" Cervantez, and John Castleberry; her sister, Angie Cervantez; along with many nieces, nephews, extended family members, and dear friends who will forever cherish her memory.
Kim was preceded in death by her mother, Nona Cervantez; her dad, Jesse Cervantez; her father, Charles Mollette; her sisters, Connie Mollette and Lisa Mollette; and her brother, Jesse "Row" Cervantez.
Kim's legacy will live on through the love she gave, the memories she created, and the lives she touched. She will be deeply missed and forever remembered by all who had the privilege of knowing her.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, August 8, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. at Church of God, 3600 Clime Road, Columbus, Ohio 43228. Family and friends are invited to attend as they gather to honor and celebrate Kim's life.
