Kristen Lee Willis

Kristen Lee Willis, 71, of Lewis Center, passed away peacefully at the Kobacker House in Columbus on Wednesday, May 7, 2025. She was born in Columbus, Ohio on August 4, 1953, to the late Doyle F. Bishop and Roberta A. (Hopper) Bishop.

Kristen was an avid Ohio State Buckeye fan, attending many home games and even decorating a room in her home with Buckeye memorabilia. She also enjoyed traveling with her husband, taking numerous cruises and trips.

Kristen is survived by her stepchildren, Cathy S. Shrout, John B. Willis Jr., Carol A. Heis, and numerous step-grandchildren and cousins.

In addition to her parents, Kristen was preceded in death by her husband, John B. Willis, and stepchildren, Connie D. Zelinski and Carla L. Richardson.

A special thank you to all of Kristen’s wonderful neighbors for their kindness and support during this difficult time. Their caring presence was deeply appreciated.
