Lascelles Powell

Lascelles Powell, age 62, passed away peacefully on April 18, 2020. He was born on May 12, 1957 in Trelawny, Jamaica to loving parents Gillespie and Dora Powell among 11 siblings. He is survived by five children; Dalton Powell, Lewis Powell, Lascelles Powell Jr., LaCeisha Powell and Paige Powell, along with 9 grandchildren.

Lascelles valued and prioritized his family. He was the first of the Powells to migrate to America and made it possible for other Powell's to follow. Lascelles was passionate about music and comforting others with good food. He had steadfast faith in God throughout his life, proclaimed Jesus as his savior, and will rejoice in God's eternal Kingdom of Heaven.

A private gathering will be held for immediate family on April 25, 2020 at the Shaw Davis Victorian Village Chapel.
