Lawrence Eugene Ball

Lawrence E. (Larry) Ball, 74, peacefully passed away on Oct 8th, 2024. He was born March 20th, 1950, in Newark Ohio, to the late Gordon & Irene Ball. He graduated from Newark High School in 1968 and continued on to The Ohio State University. Larry went on to spend the next years of his life as a professional surveyor. He is survived by his wife of 43 years, Leisa (Hill), son Alan (Jaime), daughter Janelle Foster, granddaughters Kali & Aaryn Foster, sister Dianne Sutton, brothers in law Kevin (Sylvia), Keith (Joanne) & Kendall Hill, Sister-in-law Gail (Rich) Whittle. Preceded in death by brother-in-law Kirby Hill. Larry loved watching his Ohio State Buckeyes, hunting arrowheads, going for drives, listening to his favorite music and boasting about places he had surveyed. A private celebration of life will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, please send donations to the Licking County Humane Society, where his beloved cat Bingo was adopted from.
