Leslie Patrone

Leslie Patrone, 60, passed away on the morning of March 29, 2026. She was born and raised in Youngstown, Ohio, and spent the remainder of her life with her family and friends in Columbus, Ohio. She graduated from Cardinal Mooney High School, and later attended Youngstown State University before transferring to The Ohio State University, where she earned her Bachelors of Science in Pharmacy in the Summer of 1990, and became a Registered Pharmacist. She practiced pharmacy for over 25 years. She was an avid runner, and loved running on the Heritage Rail Trail in Hilliard, Ohio. She later joined the Crossfit community, and loved the sport, but did not enjoy box jumps or burpees. When she wasn’t working or working out, she loved to spend her free time trying new restaurants, swimming or sunbathing by the pool, and spending time with family. She had a wonderful sense of humor, and would frequently quote one-liners from her favorite movies.

She was proceeded in death by her mother, Irene, who was a hero to her. She is survived by her father, Neil, her two sisters, Andrea (Samuel) and Teresa (Thomas), her brother, Christopher (Mary Ann), her three children, Nicholas (Aisha), Natalie (Sasha), and Danielle, her two grandchildren, Theodore and Mazen, and her pet rabbit, Brutus. Being a mother and grandmother meant everything to her.
