Born in Ypsilanti, Michigan, She found home in Darbydale, Ohio.
Rachell is proceeded in death by her mother Blenda Sue Gilpin and step father John Gilpin.
She is survived by her husband of 35 years Ira Jr Muncy. Children; Amberlyn Chaffins, Jordan Muncy and Madison Muncy and 6 Grandchildren. Brothers; Michael Ritchie and Steve Muncy.
Throughout Rachell's life she enjoyed; ceramics, gaming and watching TV with Madison. She also loved spending time with her grandchildren and close friends.
