Lisa Hatfield

June 21, 1964 — January 31, 2022

Lisa Asher Hatfield passed away January 31, 2022 at Ohio State Hospice, she was surrounded by family. Lisa was born on June 21, 1964 to Charles Buchanon and Ruth Howard.  She was adopted by her loving parents, John and Ruth Asher.  Lisa was greeted in heaven by her parents and siblings, Charlie Jr, Elieen, and Karen.  She left behind Lola, Teddy, Chris, and Melinda.  Lisa has three daughters, Cleoria Hatfield, Tara Bailey, and Julia Hatfield.  She has nine grandchildren, Elizabeth, Katie, Halie, Jonthan, Emily, Katherine, Ian, Johan, and William.

Lisa fought a long strong fight against kidney disease for many years.  Lisa was a caring, strong woman, who loved her family.  She loved spending time and spoiling her grandchildren.  She would be in the front row of every volleyball and soccer game.  She would be cheering on her babies and passing out the snacks.

Lisa enjoyed going to the smoky mountains as a child with her parents and as an adult with her grandchildren.  Lisa loved going to Disney with her grandkids on her last birthday, she said it was the best one she ever had.  The smile on her face was priceless. Lisa enjoyed going to the Cincinnati zoo and seeing the bears. Her favorite animal was the elephants.

Lisa worked at McDonalds and Walmart for many years.  She liked to joke about how the sprinkles on the donuts would move.  Many people loved working with her.  She was always fun to be around.

Lisa’s smile will be remembered by all.  She will be loved and missed dearly. A celebration of life will be planned and be held at a later time.
