Lois Mae Stuckey

Lois Mae Stuckey (nee Miller), born in Tiffin, Ohio to Bertram and Estelle Miller, May 5, 1930, died of natural causes February 16, 2024, at age 93, at Sage Park Assisted Living Center in Gahanna, Oh. Lois eloped and married her childhood sweetheart, Dwight Stuckey, April 1, 1950. They were married for 71 wonderful years and he preceded her in death in 2022. She worked as a switchboard operator at Bell Telephone and helped put Dwight through engineering school.

Lois is predeceased by son Darryl, and son David (survived by wife Polly), and daughter-in-law Elyse, wife of surviving son Dean. She is also survived by her daughter Denise (husband Jeff Demas) Kurz of Westerville, Ohio.

She played cards, golfed, and bowled and was a very talented painter. She enjoyed family get-togethers. She was a long-time member of the Clintonville Women's Club and Maple Grove United Methodist Church. A private service will be held for close family.
