Louis Kenneth Ball

Louis Kenneth Ball, age 77, passed away Saturday, June 13, 2026.

Survived by his wife Judith Lankford Ball, stepson Duane (Lisa) Thompson and grandchildren Allora and William; brothers Edward (Diane) Ball Jr. and sister Carolyn Kallay.

Preceded in death by his sister Sylvia Ball Phillips.

Lou graduated from Thomas W. Harvey High School in Painesville in 1968. Resided in Painesville before moving to Columbus in 1989 where he was employed at Bank One and a former member of Painesville First Church of Christ.

He finished his career with JP Morgan Chase in 2013. Member of Worthington Christian Church, where he helped in the Kindergarten department, nursing home visitations and also volunteered at Worthington Christian Village. After retirement his love for baseball lead him to be an usher at Huntington National Park for the Columbus Clippers.

He and Judy enjoyed traveling with friends.
