Con profundo amor y eterna gratitud, la familia Arroyo despide a nuestro querido Mario Eduardo Arroyo Cruz, quien partió a la presencia del Señor el 18 de julio de 2026, dejando un legado de amor, sabiduría y ejemplo que permanecerá para siempre en nuestros corazones.

Nacido en Caracas, Venezuela, el 11 de abril de 1939, Mario Eduardo vivió una vida guiada por principios inquebrantables, la honestidad y el deseo genuino de servir a los demás. Fue un hombre noble, cariñoso, bondadoso, respetuoso, íntegro y profundamente humano. Quienes tuvieron el privilegio de conocerlo recuerdan su paciencia, su sentido del humor, su carisma, su romanticismo, su creatividad y esa capacidad única de hacer sentir importante a cada persona que llegaba a su vida.

Como profesor, encontró su mayor vocación en la educación. Enseñar era mucho más que una profesión: era una forma de transformar vidas. Siempre creyó en el poder del conocimiento, del esfuerzo y de los valores, acompañando con dedicación a quienes necesitaban una palabra de orientación o simplemente una mano amiga.

Disfrutaba escribir, pintar, hacer poesía y compartir tiempo con quienes amaba. Su amor por la música lo acompañó durante toda su vida. Canciones como A Mi Manera, Arrivederci Roma, El Rey y Esta Tarde Vi Llover fueron parte de la banda sonora de una existencia vivida con autenticidad y convicción. Solía recordarnos que "toda decisión tiene su consecuencia", una frase que resumía su manera de entender la vida, junto con otra que también lo definía: "Viví siempre a mi manera."

Su mayor orgullo fue su familia.

Deja a sus amados hijos, Isamari y Mario Luis; a sus queridos nietos, Ysabel Valentina, Mariana Isabel y Luis Eduardo; y a su bisnieto, Ethan, quienes llevarán siempre consigo sus enseñanzas y el inmenso amor que les brindó.

A cada uno dejó un legado único: la importancia de asumir responsabilidades, hacer el bien y cumplir con los compromisos; inspiró a trabajar con perseverancia para alcanzar los sueños, demostrando que no existen imposibles cuando se actúa desde el amor y la verdad; transmitió el valor de la familia como el mayor tesoro y que los momentos compartidos son los que realmente permanecen. También animó a vivir con honestidad, sinceridad, responsabilidad y principios, buscando siempre ser la mejor versión de uno mismo allí donde Dios nos conduzca.

Más allá de todo lo que hizo, Mario Eduardo será recordado por quien fue: un padre excepcional, un abuelo inolvidable, un bisabuelo amoroso, un hermano leal, un amigo sincero y un hombre comprometido con el bien. Su ejemplo seguirá guiando nuestras vidas y su amor permanecerá vivo en cada recuerdo, en cada enseñanza y en cada historia que compartiremos de generación en generación.

Aunque hoy nuestros corazones sienten el peso de su ausencia, también encuentran consuelo al saber que una vida vivida con tanto amor nunca termina realmente. Su legado continúa en nosotros.

Born in Caracas, Venezuela, on April 11, 1939, Mario Eduardo lived a life guided by unwavering principles, honesty, and a genuine desire to serve others. He was a noble, kind, compassionate, respectful, and honorable man whose humanity touched everyone fortunate enough to know him. He will be remembered for his patience, sense of humor, charisma, romantic spirit, creativity, and his remarkable ability to make every person feel valued and important.

As an educator, he found his greatest calling in teaching. For Mario Eduardo, education was far more than a profession—it was a way to transform lives. He firmly believed in the power of knowledge, hard work, and strong values, always offering guidance, encouragement, and a helping hand to those who needed it.

He found joy in writing, painting, composing poetry, and spending time with those he loved. Music was one of life's greatest companions, and songs such as My Way, Arrivederci Roma, El Rey, and Esta Tarde Vi Llover became the soundtrack to a life lived with authenticity and conviction.

He often reminded us that "Every decision has its consequences," a simple but profound lesson that reflected the way he approached life. Another phrase that defined him perfectly was, "I always lived life my way."

His greatest pride was his family.

He is survived by his beloved children, Isamari and Mario Luis; his cherished grandchildren, Ysabel Valentina, Mariana Isabel, and Luis Eduardo; and his great-grandson, Ethan, all of whom will carry forward his teachings and the unconditional love he gave so generously.

To each member of his family, he left a unique legacy: the importance of accepting responsibility, doing what is right, and honoring one's commitments. He inspired us to pursue our dreams with perseverance, reminding us that nothing is impossible when our actions are guided by love and truth. He taught us that family is life's greatest treasure, and that the moments we share with those we love are what endure forever. Above all, he encouraged us to live with honesty, sincerity, integrity, responsibility, and unwavering principles, always striving to become the best version of ourselves wherever God may lead us.

More than anything he accomplished, Mario Eduardo will be remembered for the man he was: an exceptional father, a devoted grandfather, a loving great-grandfather, a loyal brother, a faithful friend, and a man deeply committed to doing good. His example will continue to guide our lives, and his love will live on through every memory, every lesson, and every story we will share for generations to come.

Although today our hearts carry the weight of his absence, they are comforted by the certainty that a life lived with so much love never truly ends. His legacy lives on in each of us.
