Mary Ann (Sands / Smith) Green, 87, died Jan 23, 2017 at Worthington Christian Village. Born in 1929, Columbus, OH. Graduate of Linden McKinley High School – class of 1947. A 68 year member of Gabby Girls. She retired from Rehabilitation Services Commission (State of Ohio). She was a member of Worthington Christian Church. Preceded in death by parents Harold and Grace Sands; brother Thomas Lee Sands. She is survived by husband David Green; daughters Sandra Kay Smith and Annette Marie (Jack) McLaughlin; son Daniel Warren (Judy) Smith; sister-in-law Judith Sands; grandchildren Micah D. (Cherrie) and Aaron C. Smith, Kevin W. (Heather) and Heather G. Lucka; great-granddaughters Mackenzie Lucka and Lily Smith; nephew Scott Sands; niece Cynthia Sands. Also survived by four step-children and seven step-grandchildren. Visitation Friday, Jan 27, 2017 from 9:30 am – 11:00 am at the Worthington Christian Church, 8145 N High St, Columbus, OH 43235. Where funeral service will follow at 11:00 am. Interment Eastview Cemetery, Centerburg, OH. Bro. Gary Norrod officiating.
