Pamela Jean Burkett passed away on January 19, 2026 in Columbus, Ohio. She is preceded in death by her parents Winfield L. Burkett and Kathleen Webber-Burkett, her siblings Patricia Sawtelle, Phyllis McClennan, and Sharon Belmarez, her son Santana Burkett, and her husband (divorced) Ralph Thomas.
Pamela is survived by her children Lisa Belmarez, Melvin-Jehu Crawford Jr., and Titus Thomas, her close-personal family Donald Cook Jr. and Tiffany Fincher, her grandchildren Tyrone Wilson, Amanda Peoples-Robinson, Rachel Wheeler-Ingram, Santana Wheeler, Leslie Rucker, and Dionna Zehner, and her special close friends and personal family Oscar, Marie Watkins (sister-in-law), Rashada Wilson (daughter-in-law), Freda C. Robertson AKA Aunt Cookie, Cassandra Leonard, April Rutherford, Tammy Cunningham, Herb Robertson, and Monique A. Robertson.
Pamela was very caring person and enjoyed taking care of everyone around her. She will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
