With deep love, we honor the life of Patricia “Patti” Ann Maybray Keath, 73, formerly of Statesville, North Carolina, who passed away peacefully on Saturday, October 10, 2026, in Orient, Ohio. Patti was born in Maryland, the daughter of Jack C. Maybray and Evelyn Mae Cable Maybray.
Statesville was Patti’s home for most of her life, where she raised her three children, enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren, sewing, crocheting, and working in her yard. Following an illness, she moved to Orient, Ohio, where she spent her final days in the care of her daughter, Sherri Love.
Patti was the former owner and operator of Twin Oaks Golf Club in Statesville. She devoted many years to the business, forming lasting friendships and becoming a familiar presence in the community.
Patti is survived by her children, Tracie Maybray Walker (Randy), Sherri Bliven Love (Bret), and Jason Anthony Keath (Nicole); her sister, Kathie Maybray Gray (Bob); her grandchildren, Brittany Walker Dobbins (Bryan), Preston Walker (Mara), Landon Walker, Brianna Love, and Stone Willis; and her great-grandchildren, Reece, Rye, Rivers, Alora, Verity, Isabella, and Autie.
She was preceded in death by her former husband and lifelong love, Randy Keath.
A private graveside service will be held at a later date as Patti is laid to rest beside Randy at Iredell Memorial Gardens in Statesville, North Carolina. In lieu of flowers those wishing to honor Patti's memory may make a contribution to Best Friends Animal Society.
“But as it is written, Eye hath not seen, nor ear heard, neither have entered into the heart of man, the things which God hath prepared for them that love Him.”— 1 Corinthians 2:9
