Phillip Talbott

Phillip Ray Talbott, 61 years old, was born in Columbus, Ohio on June 14th, 1957. He passed away February 1st, 2019 at Logan Elm Nursing Home in Circleville, Ohio. Phillip is proceeded in death by Father A. Phillip, Brother-in-Laws Richard Frazier and Donald Mullins, and Niece Tonya McCracken. Phillip is survived by Mother Peggy, Children Jason Talbott, Shannon (Jim) Gilbert, Whitney Talbott (Nick), eight Grandchildren and one Great-Grandson, Sisters Kathy (Stan) Holley, Cheryl Frazier, and Terri Mullins. There is no calling hours at this time, he will be laid to rest at Maple Hill Cemetery in Stoutsville, Ohio.
