Ray Douglas Elkins, age 77, March 1, 2017. Born August 16, 1939 to his late parents Mitchel and Aline Whitker Elkins. Preceded in death by sister Joy Monogold. Survived by companion Donna Elkins; step-daughter Lisa (Vance) Tope; sister Betty Miller; grandchildren Kendra and Kaitlyn Tope. Host of nieces and nephews. Long time employee of Premix in Lancaster, Ohio. Avid flea market vendor.
