Rayburn "Ray" Nathanial Adkins (69) passed away due to a infection on Wednesday, January 5, 2022. He was born January 18, 1952 to Bobby and Eva (Godfrey) Adkins in West Hamlin, W.Va. Ray graduated from West Virginia Schools for the Deaf and Blind in 1972. He was blessed with two children and three grandchildren.
Ray was a very independent man, who loved the company of others. He spent his time at Deaf Think Postive in Columbus. Ray was loved and will be missed by many!!
