HOFFMAN
Richard Bell Hoffman, 72, of Upper Arlington, passed away peacefully at Kobacker House, July 29, 2015. Richard was preceded in death by his wife, Marcia Hoffman (nee Pennington), parents John and Mary Hoffman, and brother, Jack Hoffman. He is survived by sisters Nancy Gealy, of Hermitage, PA, and Sallie Ruffo, of West Middlesex, PA; by sons Richard Hoffman, of Hudson, OH; Rodney Hoffman, of Bay Village, OH; and Ryan Hoffman, of Madison, WI, and their families, including seven grandchildren. Richard enjoyed yardwork and country music, and was an avid fan of the Ohio State Buckeyes, the Cleveland Indians and the Cleveland Browns. A veteran of the United States Army, Richard was awarded the Gallantry Cross with the Bronze Star, for his service in Vietnam. He will rest in peace eternally at the Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery, in Rittman, Ohio.
