Richard Morales

Richard Morales, 64, passed away peacefully on September 13, 2026, surrounded by his loving family.

Richard was born on July 22, 1962, in Hanford, California, to Pablo Morales and Maria Morales, both of whom preceded him in death.

He is survived by his siblings: sisters Esther Martinez and Esperanza Young, and brothers John Morales, Greg Morales, and Tony Morales. He was preceded in death by his brother, Paul Morales.

Richard is also survived by his children: son Nick Morales and his wife Marcia, and their children Dante, Brady, Mike, Hunter, Hennah, and Aramis; daughter Katie Boehm and her husband Jason Boehm, and their children Julian, Ethan, and Ava; and daughter Maria Kornfeind and her husband John Kornfeind, and their children Cadence, Grayson, and Desmond.
Richard was an avid sports fan, rarely content to watch just one game at a time. He could often be found flipping between channels during commercial breaks to keep up with several games at once.

More than anything, Richard was the friend you could always count on, the one who would support and love you through all of life's challenges, no questions asked. There was never a problem that couldn't be talked through over a sweet treat or during a quiet drive with him.
His children never doubted how deeply he loved them, how proud he was of them, and how fiercely he supported them. Ask him how he was doing, and he'd almost always answer the same way: "Oh, not a whole lot, how are you doing?" turning the conversation right back to you, because that's who he was.

He will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.
