After his retirement, he served on the board of the Baltimore Community Museum and volunteered at the Decorative Arts Center in Lancaster, Ohio.

Bob and Lynda had many wonderful adventures traveling the country in their motorhome. Following retirement, they began to spend their winters in Florida and traveled more extensively outside of the U.S. During their winters in Florida, Bob loved bike riding as a member of the Pelican Pete Peddlers biking club and spending time with friends.

A private celebration of life will be held in memory of Bob.
