Scott Aleric Craib

Scott Aleric Craib, 66, of Columbus, Ohio entered his eternal home on September 18, 2025.

A man of strong faith and service to the Lord, married to the love of his life, Caroline, for 41 years. He was a loving father to three children, Heather, Ian and Colin.

Scott had a long and successful career at United Parcel Service, working in Human Resources. He truly enjoyed the game of golf throughout his life and recently joined a Westerville Senior league, playing on different teams just to meet and play with a variety of players. Scott’s competitive nature and love of sports extended to the pickleball courts at his church and city rec centers. He also was an avid supporter of the Cleveland Browns football team and Cleveland Guardians baseball team along with many college teams, cheering them on with his family. Scott and Caroline enjoyed taking short trips throughout the States and the East coast beaches were their favorite getaways. They also enjoyed hiking and just getting away from the city.

Scott was born in Conneaut, Ohio and still has many friends there, visiting throughout the years to play golf. He graduated from Conneaut High School and attained a Bachelor’s degree from Mount Union College.

Scott is survived by his wife, Caroline, daughter Heather, twin sons Ian and Colin. Cousin John Yesso, wife Judy, brother in law John Butler, wife Tina. Nieces and nephew. He is preceded in death by his parents Betty and John Craib.
