Sharon Gail McCoy

It is with deep sadness we announce the death of our beautiful mother Sharon Gail McCoy. She left us on April 26, 2025. Sharon was born on August 4, 1954 in William, West Virginia. She is preceded in death by her father John B. Mayhorn, mother Rosabelle Mayhorn, and husbands: David Welsh and Eugene McCoy.

Sharon is survived by her children David, Pamela, Kevin, Linda, and Amy (Matt); grandkids Rodney, Corey (Rebecca), Zachary, Nicholas, Grant, Avery, and Lilah; brothers Willie (Shirlene), Robert, and Paul; sisters Francis, Geraldine, and Maryann (Johnny), and many nieces and nephews. She will be greatly missed and loved by all.

Visitation will take place at The Shaw-Davis Funeral Home Clintonville Chapel, 4341 North High Street Columbus, Ohio 43214 on Wednesday May 21, 2025 from 10:30 am to 11:30 am, with the Funeral Service to start at 11:30 am. Procession to Union Cemetery for a Graveside Service to follow.
