STEVEN BOYD BROWNING, 51, of Franklin Furnace, Ohio, husband of Rebecca Ann Browning, died unexpectedly on Sept. 8th at Grant Memorial Hospital in Columbus, Ohio. A memorial service will be held at 4:00 pm on October 4th at Big Branch Church in Chesapeake, Ohio.
