Kiralawella Palliyaguruge Sugathadasa "Somapala Ayya", age 82, of New Albany, Ohio (Kirulapona, Sri Lanka). June 22, 1936 – January 15, 2019. Preceded in death by brother Kiralawella Palliyaguruge Jinadasa and Leslie Rodrigo.
Survived by Reverend Kirulapone Dhammapali Silmathawa; son Chaminda (Ganga) Palliyaguru; daughter Gopika Palliyaguru; grandchildren Kavinu, Nethuja and Suhara; siblings Surani Rodrigo, Nalani Rodrigo, Chandrani Rodrigo and Sisil Rodrigo.
Many nieces and nephews. A visitation will be held Monday, January 21, 2019 from 5:00 – 6:00 pm at the SHAW-DAVIS FUNERAL HOMES, Clintonville Chapel, 4341 North High St, Columbus, Ohio 43214. Where his funeral service will follow at 6:00 pm. Online condolences to the family may be left at shaw-davis.com.
