Susan Ann Ludwig Temple

Susan Ann Ludwig Temple, age 69, passed away on Wednesday, December 24, 2025, after a long illness. She was born on June 4, 1956, in Cleveland, Ohio, to Robert and Ruth Ludwig.

In 1974, Susan moved to Columbus, Ohio, which became her lifelong home. She briefly attended The Ohio State University before marrying, raising four children, and building a wide circle of lifelong friends through her devoted membership in The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Susan enjoyed reading, watching movies, celebrating holidays—especially Christmas—and spending time with friends and family. She will be remembered for her big heart and kind spirit, always thinking of others before herself.

Susan was preceded in death by her parents, Robert and Ruth Ludwig, and her brother, James Ludwig.

She is survived by her children, Adam, Valerie, Eric, and Mark Temple; her former husband, Michael Temple; her brother, Thomas (Carol) Ludwig; and her nephews, Aaron and Vaughan Ludwig.
