Tammy J. Applegate, age 56 born May 13, 1961 in Ripley, OH. Passed away March 24, 2018 in Columbus, OH. Preceded in death by mother Kay; daughter Saundra Hayes MacFarland; sister Vickie Darst. Survived by children Alicia Goff, Michelle Hayes, Jason Hayes and Aaron Hayes; grandchildren Jamecia, Kanauta, Tyguon, Aaron H., A.J., Jayvon, Najae, Jaiquanay, Jamel, Saria, Jordan, Hailey, Calvin and Amica; loving brothers and sisters including Julie Gamez; niece Kyra Brown, special friends Mr. Mike, Bonnie and Kimberly. Visitation will be held Monday, April 2, 2018 from 1:00 -2:00 pm at the BEECHWOLD CHRISTIAN CHURCH, 280 Morse Road, Columbus, OH 43214. Where funeral service will follow at 2:00 pm. Rev. Patrick Mauger officiating.
