Teri L Flaningan

Teri Lynne Flaningan passed away peacefully in her sleep surrounded by her family on Friday, March 1, 2024. She is preceded by her Mother, Rebbecca (Becky) Tracy and her Father, William (Mac) McDermitt, both of Gahanna, Ohio. She is survived by her Son Jonathan Patrick Flaningan and wife Lisa of Georgetown, Texas, stepdaughter Taylor Anne Perry (Grant) of Indianapolis, Indiana. Her brother Rex McDermitt (Patti), nephews Richard (Lyndsi) and Adam. Half-sister, Erin Shafner (Cullen) of Powell, Ohio.

Teri graduated from Gahanna Lincoln High School Class of 1969 and then went on to obtain her Real Estate License in Ohio and West Virginia. She was a lover of Vanilla Lattes and coffee of any type. She enjoyed being outdoors especially in the summer and had a special fondness for cats. She was an accomplished seamstress. Teri asked that gifts be made in her honor to your local no-kill animal shelter in her name.
