Terry D. Underwood aka ( Buddy)  born April 2, 1966 passed January 17, 2022 at Doctor's Hospital Terry was preceded in death by father Terry J. Underwood, Paternal Grandmother Ada Bell Underwood, Paternal Grandfather Leroy J. Underwood Maternal Grandmother Elizabeth Jane Wamsley, Maternal Grandfather Jasper Newton Wamsley. Survived by mother Daisy J. Underwood of Grove City ohio, Sister Sherry A. Blevins and Brother Shawn M. Underwood. Daughter Jaimie Whiteside. Two grandsons. Many Aunts, uncles and numerous cousins. Interment was handled by Shaw-Davis Funeral Homes.
